Hygienic GRP hinged lead lined X-ray fire door.


Features and benefits:

  • Dortek hygienic lead lined fire doors are manufactured from high technology engineering composites using a unique closed mould process. This creates a strong, uniform product with no seams or joins on the door surface and no voids, holes or crevices within for bacteria to harbour.
  • The doorset incorporates fire protection up to two hours and lead sheeting in a range of thicknesses. The lead lining extends through the door frames, forming an effective barrier to radiation in all directions.
  • The doors are free of timber and other organic materials that promote bacterial growth. This makes them ideally suited to areas requiring maximum hygiene and cleanability. Extremely strong and durable, yet light and easy to operate. The doors built-in colour is aesthetically pleasing and requires no maintenance.
  • Fully sealed, ultra-clean construction.
  • User defined lead protection.
  • Fire resistant up to two hours.
  • Free from voids, ledges and troublesome lippings.
  • Water and chemical resistant.
  • Non porous and non-shedding.
  • Will not warp, rot, swell or rust.
  • Lightweight, strong and low maintenance.
