A flow-through reactor built in a single tank divided into three chambers.
Sewage treatment plant applications.
Andel’s PRO24 Premium wastewater sewage treatment plant employs a three-chambered system to efficiently treat and cleanse the wastewater to EN 12566-3 standards. The preliminary sedimentation tank primarily serves as the first stage, where heavier solids settle, reducing the load on subsequent processes.
In the second stage, micro-organisms break down organic pollutants through aerobic digestion in the aeration chamber. This is facilitated by aeration to ensure optimal oxygen levels, and this fresh air is provided by external air blowers. Using external air blowers to provide the oxygen for the final aerobic digestion, assists this process by providing fresh air rather than foul air from the internal air blowers.
Following this, the treated wastewater moves into the secondary sedimentation tank, where any remaining solids settle. The final chamber further clarifies the water.
