Pre-stressed lintels ensuring optimum performance with enhanced fire resistance.
For use in 140 mm wide walls and partitions.
Fire-Spec is a range of ex-steel mould finish high performance units, available in 60, 90 and 120 minutes, dependent upon the section width. Other concrete sections can be made with a fire resistance equal to or greater than the standard range. The Naylor technical team, with their special knowledge of concrete, can advise which sections would achieve a specific fire resistance and strength rating and offer a design solution, should this not be detailed in the load span tables.
Fair Faced Fire-Spec range:
Fair Faced Fire-Spec lintels are also available in a class C fair faced finish and again with a 60, 90 and 120 minute fire rating.
