The Fixed (Non-Opening) Polycarbonate Rooflight is suitable for use on flat roofs of modern buildings of all types in both new build and refurbishment projects.
The Fixed (Non-Opening) Polycarbonate Rooflight is the standard specification non-opening dome unit in the Mardome rooflights range.

The Brett Martin Mardome fixed rooflight is the standard specification non-opening dome unit in the Mardome rooflights range complete with 150 mm upstand/kerb as standard.
Contemporary look and excellent thermal performance, as triple skin Mardome Fixed Rooflight rooflights achieve a centre pane U-value of 1.77 W/m²K.

Please Note: The hole size (structural opening) that needs to be cut for this rooflight is the size of the rooflight (i.e 600 x 600 mm rooflight = Hole size of 600 x 600 mm etc). The daylight size will be 150 mm smaller than the Rooflight size (i.e. 600 x 600 mm Rooflight would provide the daylight size of 450 x 450 mm etc).
