Description

A range of compact 'push up' loft access doors with fully removable lids with a double catch feature to hold the doors in position and prevent moist air from entering the roof space and lifting in high winds. Part L doors are available, supplied with insulation of varying thickness to satisfy the requirements of the Building Regulations.


Product options:

- Type GL 260 Push Up Loft Access Door:

  • Manufactured from high impact injection moulded polystyrene with expanded polyurethane seals.
  • Door catches pull the door down onto the compression seal to provide a tight seal between the door and the frame.
  • Units are light textured, white finished, and suitable for receiving alternative paint finishes.


- Type GL 260 L Push Up Loft Access Door Insulated to Part L Regulations:

  • Manufactured from high impact injection moulded polystyrene with expanded polyurethane seals.
  • The units are insulated with either 60 mm of polyurethane or 110 mm of expanded polystyrene insulation material to achieve 0.35 W/m²K.
  • Door catches pull the door down onto the compression seal to provide a tight seal between the door and the frame.
  • Units are light textured, white finished, and suitable for receiving alternative paint finishes.
