Self-supporting horizontal cavity trays.
Application
Suitable for use with brickwork, blockwork, reconstituted and natural stone, including:
- At top edge abutments of lower-level pitched roofs.
- Where flat roofs abut the outer leaf of a cavity wall.
- At changes of level where AT trays are not appropriate, e.g. on sloping ground.
- Where brickwork is built off a concrete slab or structural ring beam - at the base of masonry cavity walls.
- Over air bricks, ducting and other services that bridge the cavity.
Description
HT Horizontal Cavity Trays: self-supporting design that is suitable for cavity widths from 50 mm upwards without the need to build into the inner leaf.
Features and benefits:
- Self-supporting meaning no need to tie into the inner leaf.
- Designed with an exclusive weather protection lip.
- Constructed from durable ABS material.
- Designed to regular brick modules.
- Available in three lengths: 1125 mm-long (five-brick modules); 675 mm-long (three-brick modules) or 900 mm-long (four-brick modules).
- Easily cut to shape on site.
- Matching internal/ external corners, stop ends and other accessories available.
- HTR trays (specified separately) are available for refurbishment work and repairs to failed cavity trays; consult manufacturer for details.
