Height Restrictors Swing with Swing Gate

The AUTOPA Swing Height Restrictor with Swing Gate:

• The AUTOPA Swing Height Restrictor with Swing Gate is perfect for controlling access at retail park entrances. With a standard clearance of 2.05m with a knock bar, 2.2m without a knock bar, it presents an effective barrier to vehicles of all sizes, but can be opened as required to allow access to any vehicle.
• Manufactured from galvanized mild steel, the system is coated red as standard (other colours are available upon request; please state BS/RAL numbers at time of order).
• The boom of the restrictor and the gate can both be locked in the closed and open positions (additional catch post required) using padlocks (available separately).
• A Knocking Bar and/or a Maximum Height Warning Sign can be added upon request. Available ragged or flanged.
• Main body: 120 x 120 mm square tube.
• Main gate arm: 60 x 60 mm square tube.
• Knocking bar: 48 mm diameter tube.
• Standard clearance: 2.05m with a knock bar, 2.2m without a knock bar.
• 3 mm wall thickness.

The AUTOPA Double Swing Height Restrictor with Double Swing Gates:

• The AUTOPA Double Swing Height Restrictor with Double Swing Gates has a standard clearance of 2.05m with a knock bar, 2.2m without a knock bar, limiting access to high sided vehicles. Ideal for use on commercial sites such as retail parks, it spans two carriageways, preventing vehicles from circumventing the access control measures in place.
• The booms of the Swing Gates can be opened to allow low sided vehicles to access the site whilst preventing high sided vehicles from access and the Height Restrictors can be opened when full access is required.
• Manufactured from galvanized mild steel, the system is coated red as standard (other colours are available upon request; please state BS/RAL numbers at time of order).

Installation:

• Ragged Height Restrictors & Catch Posts require an excavated hole of at least 600 mm³ for casting into concrete per leg.
• Flanged Height Restrictors & Catch Posts require bolting down to a suitable concrete surface (not less than 600 mm³) by means of four M16 bolts per leg.
• It is recommended that suitable signs are installed to ensure vehicles are aware of the obstruction.
