Description

High pressure laminate (HPL) sheet covering, suitable for use on various surfaces. Available in a bespoke range of graphic finishes in various colours, or custom designs, with Sanitized® grade antibacterial coating applied.


Features and benefits:

  • Allows for the creation of unique/ exclusive decors for bespoke projects.
  • Versatile, robust and hygienic.
  • Provides a high level of resistance to external stress (abrasion, impacts, stains, cracks, scratches, and heat up to 180°C). Also resistant to the damage caused by cigarette burns, chemical and household products.
  • Non-porous and waterproof.
  • Good colourfastness when placed under artificial light.
  • Minimal maintenance required - easy to clean.
  • Food safe (IANESCO approved).
  • Silver ion-treated, antibacterial Sanitized® grade - consult manufacturer for details.
  • Can be bonded to various substrate types, including wood, mineral, metal, and honeycomb.
  • Can be cold bent/ postformed for curved surfaces to create a made-to-measure fitting.
  • Low formaldehyde emissions (E1) and Greenguard certified.
  • Conforms to EN 438.
  • MED certified for marine applications.

  • Straightness tolerance (to EN 438-2-7): ≤1.5 mm/m.
  • Squareness tolerance (to EN 438-2-8): ≤1.5 mm/m.
  • Flatness tolerance (to EN 438-2-9): 60 mm/m.
  • Dimensional stability (to EN 438-2-17): Longitudinal (vertical grade): ≤0.75%; longitudinal (horizontal grade): ≤0.55%; transverse (vertical grade): ≤1.25%; transverse (horizontal grade): ≤1.05%.
  • Resistance to boiling water (to EN 438-2-12): Class 1.
  • Impact resistance (small diameter ball, to EN 438-2-21): Horizontal grade: ≥20 N; vertical grade: ≥15 N.
  • Resistance to cracking (to EN 438-2-23): Class 4.
  • Minimum bending radius: 20 cm.
  • Abrasion resistance (to EN 438-2-10): Dependent on finish specified.
  • Resistance to steam (to EN 438-2-14): Class 1–4 (dependent on finish specified).
  • Dry heat resistance (to EN 438-2-16): Class 3–4 (dependent on finish specified).
  • Humidity resistance (to EN 12721): Class 3–4 (dependent on finish specified).
  • Stain resistance (to EN 438-2-26): Class 4–5 (dependent on finish specified).
  • Colour fastness under artificial light (to EN 438-2-27): 4–5.
  • Resistance to cigarette burns (to EN 438-2-30): Class 3.
  • Antibacterial properties (to JIS Z 2801): >99.9% reduction.


Sanitized coating:

Antibacterial silver ions integrated into the material which are activated on contact with humidity. Suitable for wall coverings in public places where bacteria would usually rapidly develop.


Excluding Polyrey Touch Range and Metal Laminates.

  • Resistant to heat and domestic cleaning products (bleach etc), and easy to clean.
