Horizontal Cavity Trays

Manufactured from injection moulded polypropylene the trays are available for horizontal blockwork or stone details. The products are supplied with or without lead attachment.

Features and benefits:

• Assessed by the British Board of Agrèment.
• Integral stop ends and a hook feature removes the need to overlap the trays, providing a total effective length of 900 mm.
• Two G950 Weep Vent or G951 Peep Weeps must be used in conjunction with this tray spaced at 450 mm centres to meet current NHBC Standards.
• The tray has a unique front mortar clip that can be removed at any time once the mortar has set leaving a 25 mm deep aperture into which the lead is inserted and secured with lead wedges.
• The GW 295 Horizontal tray can be supplied unleaded or with short, standard or long lead, stapled and sealed to the tray.
