The very best airtightness tape for windows and connecting joints. Polyamide film covered on one side with non-woven for outside and inside sealing of window connection joints with adhesive coating and 20 mm cornering flange.

Available in 75, 100 , 150 and 200 mm roll widths. All 25 m in length

Material composition:

Window tape with variable SD value, polyamide film covered on one side with non-woven substrate, for outside and inside sealing of window connection joints.

• Liner: Release-foil.
• Self-adhesive: Modified HMPSA.
• Membrane: Polyamide membrane.
• Substrate: Modified polypropylene non-woven.

Application:

• The surfaces must be free from adhesion-reducing substances.
• Stick the tape with the adhesive strip to or in the window (see below).
• It is recommended to press the bonded areas firmly with a pressure roller.

Installation with the window:

When installing with the window, the tape is adhered to the face of the frame and folded 180°. In the corner area a loop in the width of the joint is to be formed.

Now mount the window, pay attention to airtightness in the corner areas and over-laps. The non-woven side of the tapes can be easily plastered offer with mortar or plaster.

Subsequent installation:

For subsequent installation, the window sealing tape is adhered directly to the window frame approx. 15–20 mm. The other side is glued to the masonry and can be plastered over immediately.
