Insulated Fire Rated Loft Hatch with Concealed Beaded Frame - Access Panel

The One-Hour Fire Rated Loft Hatch with beaded frame,

is manufactured from zintec steel with a 0.9 mm thick door and a 1.2 mm frame. The panels door leaf is hinged by a pin hinge.

Please Note: This product must be installed into a vented Roof space to avoid condensation.

The loft hatch is insulated with 100 mm thick Rockwool. Hinged on the short side.

The panel is on hour fire rated for integrity up to 535 x 745 mm in a ceiling application tested in accordance with B.S. 476: Part 22 :1987. The product achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m2K.

Meets minimum requirement of FR-30 and FR-60 specification.
