Insulated Fire Rated Loft Hatch with Picture Frame - Access Panel

One-hour Fire Rated Loft Hatch with picture frame, manufactured in Zintec steel will fit into any one hour fire rated ceiling allowing you access to the loft space above.

Please note, this loft hatch must be installed into a vented Roof space to avoid condensation.

This specification of loft hatch is manufactured from Zintec steel with a 0.9 mm thick door and a 1.2 mm frame. The panels door leaf is hinged by a pin hinge. The panel is insulated with 100 mm thick Rockwool .

The panel is one hour fire rated for integrity up to 535 x745 mm in a ceiling application tested in accordance with B.S. 476: Part 22 :1987. The product achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m2K.

This specification of loft hatch meets minimum requirement of FR-30 and FR-60 specification.
