For fast track construction and refurbishment projects where the screed needs to be trafficked or overlaid quickly.

A hardening cement used in conjunction with fast track refurbishment contracts. Isocrete Screedfast 1000 will give a Category B screed and will dry to 75% relative humidity (RH) in three to four days at 20°C. Isocrete Screedfast 2000 will give a Category A screed and will dry to 75% RH in 24 hours at 20°C.
The product may be laid bonded, unbonded or floating (for weight saving and thermal or sound insulation) and can be used with proprietary underfloor heating systems.
