Application

Any application requiring permanent large-scale ventilation combined with screening, for example air inlet and exhaust for ventilation or air conditioning systems, plant rooms, lift motor rooms, generators and pumping stations.

Description

Louvre system comprising banks of Z-profile blades providing permanent ventilation combined with weather protection and visual screening.


Louvres are supplied either mounted on concealed mullions for a continuous appearance or as individual framed panels, and can form an architectural feature of a building. The system is very flexible; banks and panels can be made to any practicable size or shape.


Features and benefits:

  • Free area: 61%.
  • Blade pitch: 100 mm.
  • Designed to give good protection against water penetration together with low resistance to airflow (BSRIA tested).
  • All components are extruded aluminium for long life with good corrosion resistance.
  • Mitre cuts available to maintain a continuous appearance.
  • Single and double door sets available for integration into louvres or as a stand alone component.
  • Optional bird/ insect guards and blanking plates.


50 mm, 75 mm blade pitch or S-profile versions also available, specified separately.
