Description

Kooltherm Pipe Insulation is an insulation solution for pipework in building services and HVAC applications. It is one of the thinnest and most thermally efficient products commonly available for the insulation of pipework. Offering excellent fire and smoke performance, Kooltherm Pipe Insulation is suitable for mild steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, multiplex and plastic pipework.

Kingspan Kooltherm Pipe Insulation and Insulated Pipe Support Inserts are manufactured to the highest standards under a management system certified to:

  • BS EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems. Requirements).
  • BS EN ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems. Requirements).
  • BS ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational health and safety management systems).
  • BS EN ISO 50001:2018 (Energy management systems. Requirements with guidance for use).


Sustainability:

CFC-free and HCFC-free with negligible ozone depleting potential (negligible ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of ≤5.


Environmental

Kooltherm Pipe Insulation has a verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) published online.

Kooltherm Pipe Insulation can directly contribute towards the award of several credits under the previous and current versions of BREEAM. The product is manufactured to a BS EN ISO 14001: 2015.
