Two-part rapid setting, fast drying smoothing compound for smoothing new and existing substrates prior to the installation of floor coverings.
Application
For professional use. Can be used in conjunction with:
- High intensity wheelchair traffic.
- Chairs with castor wheels.
- Underfloor heating.
- Old adhesive residues, including bitumen.
Further application examples include:
- Smoothing concrete floors.
- Sand:cement screeds.
- MAPEI Mapecem and Mapei Topcem screeds.
- For smoothing over existing flooring in concrete, terrazzo, ceramic, porcelain tiles and natural stone (after applying a suitable primer, if required).
Consult manufacturer's literature for information on recommended substrate preparation and conditions not suitable for the application of this product.
Description
Two-part, cement based, rapid curing compound. Used for levelling and smoothing the differences in thicknesses of 3–10 mm (in one application), where rapid installation of all types of floor coverings is required on new and existing substrates.
Features and benefits:
- Moisture tolerable.
- Low odour; product can be used in confined and inhabited areas.
- Not flammable.
- Suitable for use under Mapei damp proofing membranes – consult manufacturer for information.
- Part A conforms with the conditions of Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) – AII. XVII, Item 47.
- CE marked and manufactured in accordance with EN 13813, and classified at CT-C30-F7-E – consult manufacturer for information.
