Guidance for specification option:

Particleboard: 30 mm-thick, 650 kg/m². Supplied in two parts.

Stainless steel sheeting: 1.2 mm thick; 304 grade.

Overall thickness: 34 mm.

Guidance for specification option:

• Panels: All edges lipped in impact-resistant ABS with specialist polyurethane washroom adhesive, for ultimate water-resistance and strength of bonding. This adhesive is environmentally friendly with its zero rating on formaldehyde emissions.
• Doors: Lipped in 20 mm hardwood; vertical edges rebated. Stainless steel cladding folded over front rebates to create continuous covering effect.

Guidance for specification option:

All in PVD finish apart from damper bar:

• Hinges: Solid stainless steel butt hinges (fall to close).
• Indicator bolt: Solid stainless steel mortise lock with lever operated turn action.
• Damper: Hidden hydraulic soft close mechanism to all doors
• Internal fixings: Buffered coat hooks in stainless steel.
• External fixings: Stainless steel pull handle to outward opening doors.

Tectus concealed hinges and/ or ironmongery to be PVD coated in range of colours available on request.

Guidance for specification option:

• Division panel to rear wall: Aluminium T-section fixed into pre-grooved division.
• Division panel to pilaster: Concealed high-strength mechanical fixings.
• Division panel/ pilaster to floor and ceiling: Aluminium powder coated channel secured to floor and ceiling. Pilaster and division panels are pre-grooved and placed over the channel, raising it by 20 mm and preventing contact with mopping water at floor level.
• End pilaster to wall: Fully adjustable aluminium shadow detail.
