Mediline Partition 100 mm Glazed Fire Rated

Norwood Group offer several glazed partitions, designed and manufactured to offer the full flexibility of a modular system, allowing each design to be tailormade to our customers’ specific requirements. Glazed wall solutions provide an attractive alternative to solid panels whilst improving visibility.

Features and benefits:

• Entirely flush system.
• A fully demountable and relocatable double skin bi-panel partitions consisting of prefabricated panels which friction lock to a galvanized framework for fast secure installation.
• The glazing was supplied with various finishes such as frosting or back-painted, illustrating our customer’s branding. Additionally, our system can be provided with integrated blinds.
• A telescopic head channel, adjustable base track and a range of abutment details allow connection to the building structure.
• The Mediline system can be tailored to suit individual requirements with panel widths manufactured to bespoke module sizes, 1000 mm modules being Norwood’s standard size for doors, solid panels and glazed panels.
• All panels are finished in a vinyl coating bonded to a galvanized substrate with door frames factory finished in a high-quality RAL/ BS exterior grade polyester coating, applied at 18—20 micron dry film thickness over 4-6 microns of epoxy anti-corrosive prime.
• The gloss level will be 35% +/- 5% depending on substrate interaction.
