Paintable Render WR - Highly Polymer-Modified Render

A highly polymer-modified formulation suitable for rendering interior, exterior walls and ceiling surfaces and between 2 and 20 mm at a time.

• Repair existing, old or damaged renders, level off reinforced concrete substrates in swimming pools and facades prior to tiling and for smoothing brickwork.
• Low shrinkage.
• Rapid strength development.
• Nicobond Render Improver can be incorporated to create a spatterdash key coat.
• Build multiple layers between 2 and 20 mm once previous layer is dry.
• In line with latest building guidance surfaces which will become regularly wetted should be tiled or have an appropriate alternative water-resistant finish.
• Suitable for use with domestic power and non-power showers, bath enclosures, wet rooms, communal showers and swimming pool halls.
• Apply directly to block/ brickwork, tile backer boards and moisture resistant plasterboard.
• Interior and exterior use.
• Exceeds requirements of BS 998-1.
