Description
Fireproof prefabricated stone wool based lightweight sandwich panels. The panels are based on Advanced Structural Technology (AST®) and high-quality PAROC® structural stone wool. The facings are constructed from steel sheet which act together with PAROC structural wool core to provide a composite action of high performance in strength and durability. The bonding between the core and the facings is performed by an adhesive which fully covers the surfaces.

Standard product features | Core: AST® F+ stone wool, the fibres are uniformly aligned to achieve controlled strength properties. It is specially treated to be water-repellent, non-hygroscopic and non-capillary. Facing: Hot dip galvanized coil-coated steel sheet. Panel length (maximum): 12 m, dependant on panel thickness. Module width: 1200 mm (1196 mm cover width). Fire classification: A2-s1, d0. Sound reduction (Rw): 27–32 dB. Air tightness (to BS EN 14509, 50 Pa): <1.0 m³/m²h (sealant in both grooves). Rain tightness (to BS EN 14509): 1.2 kN/m² (sealant in both grooves). |
