Application
Suitable for use around pedestrian precincts, shops, pavements, play and parking areas, as part of traffic calming measures, pedestrianisation schemes and as a deterrent to ram-raiders.
Description
AUTOPA’s range of Plain Round Stainless Steel Bollards is a simple and elegant way of controlling vehicle parking and access.
Features and benefits:
- The complete range of Plain Round Stainless Steel Bollards are available in diameters from 48 mm to 204 mm in Grade 304 or Grade 316 and available with extended legs for casting into concrete or with a flange plate for bolting down.
- Removable versions are also available.
- Concrete In bollards 400 mm below ground.
- Re-enforcing cores available.
- Reflective bands available.
- Supplied with welded steel cap.
Installation:
- Concrete In Plain Bollards require an excavated hole (no less than 400 mm³) for installation.
- Bolt down Plain Bollards require bolting down to a suitable concrete surface (no less then 400 mm³).
- 48 – 114 mm (three M12 bolts), 139 – 193mm (three M16 bolts).
- AUTOPA recommends that bollards are placed no further than 1200 mm apart to ensure that no vehicle may pass between them.
