Record C 127 X Concealed Underfloor Drive - Underfloor swing door driver

The C 127 X has protection class IP69. The drive installed in

the floor allows through the use of a cardan direct drive, all-glass doors with a door wing weight of up to 600 kg (1323 lbs) to glide elegantly and silently over the floor.

The two-component modular die cast housing with integrated electronic and control unit can be used for both single and double leaf applications. The unique design of the offset drive allows it to be mounted very close to the façade, which is a great advantage for installation flexibility. With a wide range of options and accessories, the C 127 X can be used flexibly in an extensive variety of applications.

The concealed drive supports the design freedom of discerning architects to design an impressive door for entrances in ultra-modern buildings. The maintenance-friendly system is recessed into the floor and if required, covered invisibly with the matching floor covering, making it fit perfectly into the door area.

Due to the integrated wind damping, the door slows down in case of wind loads and thus prevents damage to the facade and at the same time increases the safety of pedestrians.

Fully integrated; encapsulated against dirt and liquids

The drive module of the door is placed in its own housing and protected from mechanical influences. Cable feed-throughs for connecting release devices or optional safety sensors are sealed watertight with cable glands.

The strong and improved encapsulation against dirt and moisture according to protection class IP 69 enables unrestricted suitability for everyday use. Melting snow or rain water, as well as washing liquid from floor cleaning machines do not effect the record C 127 X underfloor drive.

The record C 127 X underfloor drive is suitable for single and double-leaf frame or all-glass doors. The operating modes can be conveniently selected using the BDE-D electronic operating unit. The backlit display informs you at any time about the current operating status of the door in the national language and in plain text.
