Application

Heavy-duty framing system in a three-pane horizontal sliding option with static centre pane for very large windows, including patio doors and is accredited to Secured by Design and accredited for blast mitigation.

Description

Heavy-duty horizontal sliding (HS) secondary glazing unit with three sashes, the centre pane is static. Suitable for treating patio doors, very large windows, secure receptions and recording studio doors.

The sashes slide with in the frames, so do not interfere with blinds or curtains. Large ribbon windows can be accommodated by linking units with a colour-matched mullion/ transom section. The sashes are removable which facilitates cleaning and maintenance.

Thicker glass specifications will provide higher levels of noise insulation. High levels of security can be achieved when using secure lock options and polycarbonate glass.

Will reduce heat loss by up to 50% using standard glass and up to 65% with a thermally efficient glass (low emissivity). High performance brush seals will eliminate most drafts and ensure greater comfort near the window.
