Bitumen membrane cold roof covering system for ballasted roofs, consisting of SikaBit component products.
System components:
- Primer (SikaRoof® Primer-600 UK / Sika Primer 610 Spray).
- Underlay (SikaShield® E74 PE SA 3 mm / SikaShield® E54 PE 3 mm).
- Cap sheet (SikaShield® E79 MG SA 4 mm / SikaShield® HB79 MG 4 mm / SikaShield® HB79 Tex 4 mm).
- Protection layer: S-Felt T-300 (subject to Sika Limited specification).
Can be covered with min 50 mm thick concrete paving (by others) or minimum 50 mm thick 20–40 mm well-rounded, river washed stone ballast (by others).
