Description

A solvent free and odour free single-component liquid waterproofing system based on flexible hybrid polymers. It cures through reaction with the air humidity and it is used as a fully reinforced waterproofing resin in the IKO hybritech Liquid Waterproofing System.

Guidance for specification option:

IKOpro Systems Bonding Agent (black) is a specially formulated primer. Enhancing the properties of self- adhesive bitumen roofing membranes, it promotes strong bonds even at temperatures as low as 5°C.

IKOpro Sprayfast MPP.

Guidance for specification option:

KOpro Sprayfast MPP (Black, Multipurpose Primer) is a

specially formulated high performance bonding primer.

It allows the speed of application of the bonding primer

to be five times faster than conventional bitumen primers,

promoting strong bonds at temperatures as low as

5°C. For self adhesive and torch applied bitumen membranes.

IKOpro Quick Dry Primer.

Guidance for specification option:

IKOpro Quick Dry Bitumen Primer (black) is a fast-drying bitumen priming solution for torch applied bitumen membranes.

Hybritech Bitumen Primer.

IKO hybritech Bitumen Primer is a white single-component water based primer with excellent penetration properties.

IKO Systems H-A underlays are polyester reinforced bitumen membranes used as underlays within a built up roofing system, The membranes are coated on both sides with self-adhesive bitumen SBS elastomeric coating. They have a fine mineral upper surface with a 75 mm release film selvedge to facilitate rapid installation of lap joints. Size: 1 x 16 m.

IKO hybritech is a isocyanate free, solvent free and odour free single component coating based on flexible hybrid polymers. IKO hybritech cures through reaction with the air humidity.

Reinforcement

IKO Protection Fleece.

Guidance for specification option:

A reinforcement fleece consisting of non-woven polyester with a density of 110 g/m². This fleece is rolled out in the wet first layer of IKO metatech Detail and pressed in areas that are subject to heavy footfall. It therefore ensures the strength, stability and longevity of the system.

IKO enertherm XPS insulation, 600 x 1250 mm.

Guidance for specification option:

IKO enertherm XPS is a light orange rigid extruded polystyrene (XPS) board with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than five. A lightweight, lap jointed board with high compressive strength and performance. Thermal performance of an inverted roof is improved when used in conjunction with IKO enertherm WCL. Used for the thermal insulation of a wide variety of flat roofs including an inverted roof below ballast or paving slabs or a green/garden roof. BBA certified 17/5467. Thickness: 50, 70, 100, 130, 160, 180, 200, 220 mm available, consult literature and insert requirements.

Storage

6 months in the hermetically sealed packaging, when stored in a dry,
cool and frost-free place.

Guidance for specification option:

  • Keep the edges of the tin clean.
  • When closing the tin, place the lid and the lever lock ring in the correct way and remove any product that might remain on the tin.
  • Once opened, use the product within 1 month. A skin will form on top of the product that needs to be cut out and can't be mixed to the liquid product.
