Application

Metal stud wall lining system

Description

Siniat offers a wide range of plasterboard lining fixing options to walls and roofs for most typical substrates. Different depths of cavity spaces can be created between the Siniat Board or Siniat Thermal Board lining and underlying wall. These cavities hide services or help to achieve high levels of fire resistance, U-Values and sound insulation.

Features:

  • Suitable for commercial projects where deep continuous cavities behind boards are needed to correct or isolate substrates and accommodate services.
  • Particularly suited to substrates which may not be suitable for direct fixing, e.g. metal cladding and other modern methods of construction.

Benefits:

  • Based on the Siniat Metal Stud systems for straightforward specification and installation.
  • Completely independent from substrate so no thermal bridges are created.
  • Allows drylining upgrade of any substrate or accommodate services by creating a separate 'false' wall.
