Description

Features and benefits:

  • Fully thermally broken aluminium frame prevents cold bridging and reduces condensation.
  • Excellent thermal performance, with total system U-values as low as 0.6 W/m²K achievable.
  • Comes complete with its own transformer control panel so no need for complicated 24 V on-site wiring.
  • Various controls, switches and sensors available.
  • Wi-fi compatible switch available with app connection to Alexa, Google, etc.
  • Manual override in case of motor failure.
  • Battery back-up control panel in case of power cut.
  • Manual operation version, with gas spring assistance to stop lid closing and trapping user on the roof, also available.
  • Quick and easy to install on-site. Concealed fixings.
  • Compatible with both flat and pitched roofs.
  • Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document L compliant design to achieve low U-value targets.
  • Silicone jointed glazing for a flush outer surface.
  • Designed to be installed to a weathered builders kerb, minimum 5° pitch.

  • Non-Fragile to Centre for Window and Cladding Technology (CWCT) Class 1 and 2 to CWCT TN66 & 67 and CWCT TN92.
  • Double or triple glazed insulated glazed units (IGU) can be contained within a single frame to cater for a wide range of sizes.
  • Heat soak testing (HST) of all toughened glass to help negate defect failures.
  • All laminated glass with polished edges to help negate defect failures.
  • All glass features Low Emissivity (low e) coating for enhanced thermal performance.
  • Wall mounted transformer control panel. This can be hidden away and operated via a remote fob or wi-fi app.
  • More daylight leads to enhanced well-being.
  • 15-year warranty.

Designed to standard loadings of 640 N/m² (snow) and 750 N/m² (wind) and in accordance with the following Standards:
