Description

A flatglass rooflight with 24v electric integral blinds designed as an effective solar management solution. Can installed into Skyway opening or fixed flatglass rooflights.

Features and benefits:

Blind is fully sealed within the glass IGU, so no cleaning or maintenance is required,
Fully thermally-broken aluminium frame prevents cold bridging, reducing the risk of condensation
Excellent thermal performance, with total system U-values as low as 1.4 W/m²K achievable.
Marine grade powder coat as standard
Quick and easy to install on-site. Concealed fixings.
Compatible with both flat and pitched roofs, flatglass rooflights are installed to a builder’s kerb finished by roofing membrane.
Fully insulated timber kerb is available for delivery with the rooflight.
Designed to be installed on roof pitches from 1°.
Recommended minimum kerb pitch of 5° to help shed water.
Minimal framework: daylight is maximized while the visible framework is minimized.
More natural daylight = less artificial light -> energy savings.
More daylight leads to enhanced well-being.
Safer, 24v power supply.
Unit is supplied with its own transformer wall switch, so no need for complicated on-site 24v wiring.
Unit is supplied with a remote control fob so switch can be hidden away.
Blind can be supplied with a wi-fi enabled switch to allow app control.
App allows connection to Alexa, Google, etc.
Blind is classes as dim out, not black out.
Blind unit covered by five-year warranty; rooflight carries a 15-year warranty.

Warranty description	Five year Guidance for specification option: Blind unit has a five year warranty. This is due to the products very short time in existence. To date (June 2023) we have experienced zero failures, but please contact RGR Sales for an update as required. 15 year Guidance for specification option: This is for the Rooflight, excluding the blind. We anticipate that the various components of the rooflight will last far longer than 15 years, but the glass companies will only guarantee the edge seals on IGU's for 15 years, hence our warranty is the same. Manufacturer guidance This product carries a conditional, variable length warranty.
