Description

A flatglass rooflight with manual access, providing daylight, natural ventilation and occasional roof access. The frames are manufactured from extruded aluminium section to BS 1474, EN 12020-1:2001. Features and benefits:

  • Manual operation with gas ram assist.
  • Locking handle.
  • Fully thermally broken aluminium frames prevent cold bridging, reducing the risk of condensation.
  • Fully insulated base frame provides excellent thermal efficiency.
  • Quick and easy to install. Cover cap for concealed fixings.
  • Marine grade powder coat as standard
  • Compatible with both flat and pitched roofs, Flatglass rooflights are installed to a builder’s kerb finished by roofing membrane.
  • Recommended minimum kerb pitch of 5° to help shed water.
  • Minimal framework: daylight is maximized while the visible framework is minimized.
  • More daylight -> less artificial light -> energy savings.
  • Free air calculations.
