Description

The Smoke Lift Glass Skylight FE combines all the advantages of the Glass Skylight FE with the safety features of an EN 12101-2 certified electrical smoke and heat exhaust ventilator.

This AOV is suitable for flat roof residential and administrative or school building projects and achieves high levels of wind and rain resistance, excellent air tightness and thermal insulation values and snow loads from SL 1000 to SL 2000. With multi stage ventilation fitted as standard, it provides SHEV safety in the event of a fire, and comfort for everyday use.

Multi layered double sealing system reduces the risk of condensation, mould growth and air leakage.
Opens to 165° in under 60 seconds to channel smoke, heat and toxic gases quickly out of the building ensuring safety in the event of a fire.
Fully compliant and certified to EN 12101-2.
GRP heat-insulated upstand with seamless silk-white interior finish removes the need of internal plastering.
Delivered as fully pre-assembled unit with PVC cap flashing included as standard for quick and easy installation on site by others.
