Description

Bi-folding doors incorporating sturdier hardware and a central inverter drive unit working in tandem with a programmable smart relay control board to create a smooth, safe, and future-proof door system.

Features and benefits:

Side-hung and without a floor track to ensure door leaves glide across rail tracks.
Electrically operated via a smooth, powerful, fast and efficient helical-worm gear motor producing high torque.
Effortless and instant low-level manual override handle.
Door closes around overhead electrification wires (OLE).

Construction	Steel. Guidance for specification option: Panels are constructed from 2 mm thick cold rolled galvanized dovetail channel frames with mitred and spot-welded joints and 5 mm thick local reinforcement for hardware. The frame is covered on both sides with minimum 0.65 mm thick steel sheets and pressure injected with 50 kg/m³ CFC-free polyurethane foam to form an extremely strong, rigid, flat panel without mechanical fixings. Panel thickness is 62 mm.

Hardware	- Manufacturer guidance An electro mechanical lock within the drive motor automatically holds the door in the closed position. A stainless steel bottom guide pin engages with a yellow cast-aluminium floor shoe fitted to the threshold, and holds the leading edges in place. A black thermoplastic easy-grip pull handle is fitted internally to each door leaf for manual operation of the door.
