Application

  • Suitable for both pedestrian and heavily-trafficked environments.
  • Civic and residential developments.
  • Suitable for all loading requirements when installed on a sub-base prepared to the manufacturer's specification.

Description

Tegula Priora permeable paving range is a SuDS-compliant surfacing solution, particularly suitable for use in rural, rustic projects. With the same finish and look as the Tegula range, Tegula Priora is lightly weathered, multi-size and long lasting.

The nib on the edge of the Priora blocks creates voids for the water to fall into a specially prepared sub-base. The block design also provides 40% more interlock than standard block paving, helping to enhance surface stability.

Features and benefits:

  • Manufactured in mainland Britain.
  • Available in five traditional colour finishes.

Weathering resistance

≤1.0 kg/m² as a mean with no individual value >1.5 kg/m² (freeze thaw durability).

Guidance for specification option:

It should be appreciated that with all products weathering and site conditions can cause shade variation to appear across the surface of individual units. This does not in any way affect the performance of the units and any such variation will diminish over a period of time as the product matures
