Application

Suitable for safe loading and unloading distribution centres, warehouses, industrial units, hospitals, retail units, pharmaceutical maufacturing, chilled/frozen logistics.

Description

Telescopic dock leveller, which is hydraulically powered. The leveller rises up to the height of the vehicle and then extends its safety lip horizontally out up to 1000 mm, bridging the gap between loading bay and vehicle.


Features and benefits:

  • Designed for high traffic areas.
  • Includes integral safety prop, integral toe guards and hazard markings to the side edges (a variance of 100 mm is allowed for uneven trailer centres).
  • A hydraulic hose break cartridge is used for smooth operation.
  • Compliant with BS EN 1398.

  • Deck: 8–10 mm chequer plate (dependent on overall size of the dock leveller).
  • Safety lip: 12.5 mm durbar plate, with a 250 mm leading edge. Steel supports are welded to the underside for reinforcement.
