Application

Suitable for use accessing internal and external glazing on atria and roof light areas.

Description

Travelling access gantries to provide permanent safe access to the internal and external glazing on atria and roof light areas.

Features and benefit:

  • Each unit is individually designed and constructed from aluminium sections and connected to extruded aluminium monorails generally at each end of the unit.
  • The use of lightweight materials ensures easy manoeuvrability of the unit, either manually or electrically, along the length of the track.
  • The gantries are available straight, curved, A-frame style, or angled to suit the design of the atrium, and can span up to 30 m.
  • The support structure and rails of these systems can be also modified to allow the suspension of cradle and abseil systems to provide access to vertical areas of glazing beneath the atrium.
