Description
The Double Leaf (NSHEV) UDF-50REM Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilator is fitted with solid, insulated covers and electric actuation for remote opening and closing.
The kerb is 305 mm in height with integral capflashing, 50 mm polyisocyanurate insulation with a U-value of 0.47 W/m²K, fully-welded at corners, and 114 mm mounting flange with 11 mm holes provided for securing frame to the roof deck.

- Also compatible with other guidance and codes of practices, for example those issued by the British Research Establishment such as BRE 79204.
- Kerb mounted junction box with terminal block enclosed for power cable connection.
- Built-in wind deflector.
- Fully welded corners on cover and kerb.
- Kerb features the Bil-Clip® flashing system.
- Operation of the covers not affected by temperature.
- Entire vent weathertight with fully welded corner joints on covers and curb.
