Description
Made of horizontal strips of virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, these extremely robust transparent shutters give crystal clear visibility when closed, providing transparency of 83% and allowing through 92% of daylight. Because it is UV-stabilized, the transparent shutter will not discolour or yellow, will retain its exceptional clarity for many years and is used on very 'high end' premises. The shutter offers a maximum surface area of up to 50 m² mounted externally, and 72 m² internally. The shutter has been awarded a Pass according to the Aerospace safety standard ABD0031 respecting smoke and toxic gas emissions. Furthermore, it is the only transparent facade shutter in Europe that has obtained the SKG Class 3 against the strict European standards ENV 1627-1630.
