UNITY DF A1 (Discrete Fix Cassette) Non-Combustible Aluminium Rainscreen Cladding

A versatile non-combustible rainscreen cassette system with a durable high-performance finish. Discrete fixings provide a streamlined appearance in both landscape and portrait orientation.

Part of a range of Unity A1 systems (specified separately) that includes:

• A floor-to-floor framing system (F2F).
• A through-fix rainscreen system (TF).
• An interlocking rainscreen system (IL).
• A secret-fix rainscreen system (SF).
• An interlocking plank and soffit system (PS).

Installation:

• The Unity A1 non-combustible rainscreen panel is produced using a solid aluminium substrate that can be fitted as either a cassette or as a flat-faced panel fixed onto an appropriately designed support framework.
• Rainscreen cladding panel to be fixed to an appropriately designed carrier system.
• Carrier rail profile to be fixed to a helping hand or primary support bracket through thermal insulation.
• Helping hand support bracket to be fixed to SFS steel wall and cement board with stainless steel fixings (including thermal isolator).
• Unity A1 F2F (floor-to-floor framing): Primary support bracket to be fixed back to main structure at every floor level using fixings/anchors which have been designed to withstand the imposed loading.
