Cementitious underlayments designed to receive resin flooring.

Primer

Not required.

vebrocrete PU Primer.

Guidance for specification option:

(Optional) vebrocrete PU Primer is recommended in areas where continual heat resistance is required as well as on porous substratesand those above 97% RH.

If the surface is excessively porous it may be necessary to apply subsequent coats.

Resin flooring

Resin floor coatings.

System thickness

6.0—9.0 mm.

Body coat

vebrocrete PU HF.

Guidance for specification option:

Pour the mixed material onto the prepared substrate and spread evenly with a steel float, pin-rake or trowel to the required thickness achieving a flat surface.

Seal coat

Not required.

vebrocrete PU Coating.

Guidance for specification option:

(Optional) if required.

Additional slip resistance can be achieved on the MF system by broadcasting the bodycoat whilst wet with vebro Natural Quartz and then applying vebrocrete PU Coating to seal the system.
