VIBRO-BASE 100 - Grating width 150 mm

Vibro-packed concrete channels are made by mixing 425 cement and certified river aggregates. The finished product is of rough appearance, dark grey in colour and is produced by moulding and vibration.

Application

Description

Vibro-compressed concrete is obtained from a mixture of certified riverbed inert materials and grade 425 concrete that makes the channels highly resistant to compression (RcK>45 N/mm2) frost and thaw cycles, climate-induced erosion and mechanical stress.


The finished product is of rough appearance, dark grey in colour and is produced by moulding and vibration. They are supplied complete with housing for the grid covers and set up for the anchoring of these through innovative locking systems.

  • Eight grating types: ductile iron, galvanized and stainless steel press-formed metal sheet and pressure-locked grating (also available with a heelguard mesh).
  • Three nominal internal widths (100, 150, 200).
