Design

Guidance for specification option:

Insert requirements where relevant for:

  • Colour(s);
  • Size/ design of area;
  • Access to the area;
  • Pattern work and/ or graphics.

Depth

40 mm.

Guidance for specification option:

Determined by required critical fall height; consult manufacturer for details.

Binder

Polyurethane.

Guidance for specification option:

  • The first layer of wet pour surfacing is non slip. Known as the ‘wearing’ course, it consists of tough and durable EPDM rubber granules mixed with a polyurethane binder. These clean cut and clean faced granules provide a well bonded surface with a high tensile strength that will prove to be extremely durable.
  • The second layer, also referred to as the base course, comprises of granulated recycled rubber and polyurethane laid to varying depths dependent on the equipment on top of it. The softer base layer cushions the fall, progressively deforming and lengthening the impact over time and distance.
