Aliva’s EWI proposition includes an extensive range of finishes, from coloured granular textures in pastel shades to vibrant, bold tones to bespoke design finishes including timber, corten and travertine tile effects.

The EWI systems are also used with great success in combination with slip systems including clay brick slips, lightweight brick slips and ceramic tiles.

Aliva’s A-rated facade systems encompass a full rainscreen cladding product suite with customisable solutions spanning a comprehensive material range that creates flagship coverings on buildings across all sectors.

Aliva’s cladding material types include: aluminium, terracotta, stone, ceramic, glass, Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) and large format tiles.

Building Safety Act and Gateway 2 Compliance

Aliva UK recognises the importance of the Building Safety Act, designed to improve building safety standards, ensuring they are planned, constructed and maintained in a way that reduces risks to residents and occupants.

Gateway 2, a critical part of the Act, focuses on the safety of buildings during the design and construction phases, especially for high-rise residential properties. One of Gateway 2’s primary objectives is to ensure building designs and construction practices meet safety standards.
