Developed to architects', specifiers' and contractors' demands for a precision-made product that can meet all the statutory structural, fire, thermal, acoustic, and weathering criteria, the product has achieved fire performance classification in accordance with BR 135 (3rd edition): 2013, as tested according to BS 8414-2:2020 and is suitable for use on high rise buildings.

Panels:

Factory-manufactured 50 mm deep metal cassette panels with baffled horizontal joints and double return folds to vertical edges with cut-out slots for concealed fixing. They are secured by concealed anti-lift screws.

Supports:

Extruded aluminium wall support brackets to create the insulation zone and ventilation gap to the rear of panels. Extruded aluminium vertical carrier support/drainage channel with colour-coded infill strip, EPDM gaskets, providing sealing and anti-rattle functions, and fully adjustable aluminium support hooks, secured by S/S M8 bolts and nyloc nuts.
