Hempacore AQ 48860

A one-component water-borne, chlorine free, physically drying intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel against cellulosic fires.

Features and benefits:

Tested and approved according to EN 13381-8 and BS 476-21 for up to 90 minutes fire protection.
CE marked product with European Technical Assessment ETA 13/1054 according to ETAG018 Part 2.
It has no VOC (according to ISO 11890-2) and it is suitable for in-shop and on-site applications.
Service temperature: Indoor ambient conditions.

Airless spray.
Brush.

Drying time:

Determined for dry film thickness 750 micron (30 mils) at standard conditions. Indicative values at 20ºC; Surface dry: 16 minutes, through-dry: 5 hours.
