Sheets are supplied custom cut to length to suit project requirements. Transportation limits apply.

FreeForm® can be roll-formed on site with a maximum length of 150 m, depending on site conditions.

Factory rolled profiles are available up to 30 m in length, subject to transportation limitations.

Refers to maximum recommended spans. These vary depending on wind region, terrain category, span type and profile thickness.

For roofing applications:

• Wind Region A: 900 – 2250 mm.
• Wind Region B: 550 – 2250 mm.
• Wind Region C: Project specific design is required. Contact local manufacturer for specialist advise.

For walling applications:

• Wind Region A: 1200 – 2700 mm.
• Wind Region B: 750 – 2700 mm.

Tapered and curved profiles are available with 2 swages only.

Curving limitations for FreeForm® vary depending on material thickness and curving method.

• For spring curved or naturally curved, minimum radii is 80 to 90 m for convex and 90 to 100 m for concave.
• For smooth pre-curved or mechanically curved, minimum radii is 6 to 8 m for convex and 8 to 10 m for concave.
• For crank curved, minimum radii is 2 to 3 m for convex. Crank curving is not available with concave applications.

Product should not be placed in contact with steel, lead, copper, brass or copper alloys. Building materials such as unseasoned or chemically treated timber, lime cement, concrete, mortar or plaster must also be avoided.
