Application

Quick Render PM100 High Build adheres well to standard and difficult masonry substrates such as bricks, concrete blocks, AAC panel, off-form concrete and specified lightweight building substrates, such as core filled fibre cement sheet when properly prepared.
Suitable for interior and exterior use.

Rockcote Quick Render PM100 High Build is designed for a medium grade, rendered finish. Rockcote Quick Render products should always be used as part of a full Rockcote system specification.

Description

Quick Render PM100 High Build is a pre-blended polymer-modified cement render. Quick Render PM100 High Build is simple to mix and easy to apply and finish. PM100 High Build has been formulated to build up and level undulating clay and cement block masonry. Can be built out to 30mm. Some of its significant features include:

Excellent adhesion to properly prepared substrates.
Acrybond not required, just add water.

Drying time	48-72 hours (full curing). Manufacturer guidance Dries in approximately 48 hours under normal drying conditions. (Dry times may vary with changes in temperature, humidity and residual moisture in the substrate. PLEASE NOTE THAT A 20 to 30 mm THICK COAT NEEDS EXTRA TIME TO CURE AND DRY OUT BEFORE TEXTURING CAN COMMENCE).
