Tim and Kit Kemp, the creative forces behind Firmdale Hotels, transformed this forgotten cul-de-sac into their flagship boutique hotel, blending Kit’s extraordinary interior design with world-class hospitality. With a £60 million investment, Ham Yard is now a vibrant destination featuring a 200-seat cinema and a thriving social scene. At SAV, we were thrilled to help bring this visionary project to life, redefining modern hospitality in the heart of Soho with an installation of 3 Loadtracker CHP units.
