Designed by Hopkins Architects, Brent Civic Centre was constructed in 2013 as part of a major modernisation and centralisation initiative. It was the first public building to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating to make it the most sustainable building of its kind in the UK.
Housing Brent’s civic, public and administrative functions, including community hall, library and civic chamber, alongside retail space and landscaped gardens, the 40,000 m² building provides a modern hub for the local community.
