Croft Avenue, West Wickam

OVERVIEW

We’re proud to have worked with Buxton Building Contractors Limited on their Croft Avenue project in West Wickham. Our design consultant created a fully enclosed plant room and plant deck using our Series 3 platform, Flatscreen panels, with access doors. Steps combined with our Guardrail system enabled us to deliver a 'one stop shop' solution for the entire plant deck and enclosure.

This solution ensures the plant area is fully accessible but is also secure. the whole design neatly integrates into the overall building design.

Installation

The installation process was completed over the course of five days by a dedicated four-person team. The system was highly straightforward and efficiently assembled, with all components fitting seamlessly together. The installation proceeded smoothly without any issues, and there was no leftover material or wasted product, ensuring both optimal resource utilization and a streamlined setup.

Design

The minimalist yet visually striking design developed by our in-house team, blended simplicity with sophisticated aesthetic appeal. From the initial concept to the final completion, consistent and clear communication throughout the process ensured a smooth and efficient execution. The design not only adhered to all specified roof requirements but also successfully addressed acoustic considerations, resulting in a solution that met both functional and aesthetic goals.
