BCM are proud to have supplied GRC to the prestigious Berkeley: St George London Dock development in Wapping, London.

The development comprises 1,800 high-end new homes and spans seven-and-a-half acres of landscaped open spaces.

BCM started with the supply of Block C1 in 2019, providing the GRC components of the 26-storey tower, which featured approximately 4,000m2 of GRC on its façade. We went on to supply an additional 1,200m2 to Blocks C2 and C3, with manufacture commencing on those blocks in 2020.

As of early 2024, we're currently in the process of manufacturing GRC panels for Block F, with discussions in place for our continued supply of material to the development, and the project's next phase, Block G.
