Description

Tiled conservatory roof system, including flush-fitting rafters, box gutters and a variable ring beam. It has an internal plastered finish and a plasterboard or tongue-and-groove timber ceiling in a wide choice of colours. Often used as a replacement for aging glass or polycarbonate roofs.

Features and benefits:

  • Tiles are lightweight
  • Four different tile options, including Envirotile
  • Fully insulated
  • Options to include rooflight or fully glazed panels
  • Variable pitches between 10–35º offer flexibility (dependent on tile type chosen)
  • Greater structural strength than traditional conservatory roofs
  • Easy and quick installation; nuts and bolts are already in position
  • Multi-layered roof design minimizes moisture build-up in the roof space, restricting condensation issues, and air gaps within the roof dissipate moisture quickly
  • Right-angled rafters and variable hips
  • Becomes watertight on the same day and can be left overnight
  • Good thermal efficiency with U-values as low as 0.15 W/m²K
  • Noise levels can be significantly reduced
  • Reduced ring-beam overhang solves problems with conservatories on boundary lines
  • Internal solid roof structure system enhances structural support and ensures no loadbearing issues or loss of strength
  • Gable end component allows improved finishing for gutters on gable end design
  • All sealants and fixings supplied
  • Compliant with Building Regulations Part L
  • Ten-year guarantee
